Arrival & Departure

Where is the campsite?

Upon registration, an email with location and further details will be sent to you.

When does the event start and end?

Check in is at 3 p.m. on Friday (The event will begin in the evening at sundown). Check out is at 3 p.m. on Sunday.

Where can I park? Can I park my car near my tent?

There is a parking lot near the entrance of the campsite. All vehicles are to remain there during the duration of the event.

Are RV’s or trailers allowed?

There is limited space to park your RV or trailer. The campground doesn’t have water/power hook-ups, so be prepared to dry camp with full water tanks and generators. All RVs or trailers must purchase a large vehicle parking pass.

Can I arrive and leave whenever I want?

Yes, you may, but we highly recommend you arrive on Friday evening and stay until Sunday for the full experience. We will not allow people to leave and come back.

Food & Beverage

What are my food options?

Included with admission, all attendees will receive:

  • Friday – a communal dinner
  • Saturday – three nourishing meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
  • Sunday – a continental breakfast

We are offering locally sourced farm to table food, with a menu curated by our staff (vegan options will be included). Coffee, tea, will be available from 8 am-12 pm, and natural spring drinking water all day. Bringing additional food is optional (unrefrigerated snacks are suggested).

Will there be alcohol for purchase?

Hard kombucha will be available at an additional cost. No other alcohol will be served.

Where can I get ice?

We recommend visiting Dons Market located at 30250 Hwy 78 Santa Ysabel, CA 92070. Open from 6am – 8pm daily.

Environment

Can I bring my dog?

As much as we love dogs, due to safety and liability we cannot have them at this event. We plan to make this a possibility for our future events.

Are kids allowed?

Unfortunately, not this time as this event is 21+. We are working towards making our next events family friendly, so stay tuned!

What will the weather be like?

The weather will range from mid-high 80°s to mid-low 50°s. We recommend bringing layers and a swimsuit to access the hot tubs onsite.

Can I make a fire?

We have a designated fire pit that will be managed by staff each evening. To help minimize fire hazards, we ask that no individual fires be made.

Can I smoke cigarettes on the campsite?

Outdoors only, particularly within our designated smoker’s lounge located near the large house. We ask that you properly dispose of your butts and absolutely no smoking within tents, structures or around guests.

What about the wildlife?

There have been coyotes that occasionally visit the site but have not been spotted during an event. Smaller animals like snakes, spiders and even some plants like poison ivy are also onsite. We highly recommend wearing enclosed shoes, full leg coverings and being aware of your surroundings when exploring. Keep in mind, most of the animals are more afraid of you than you are of them and will steer clear of your path as long as you do the same.

Power

Is there wifi at the campsite?

There will be no access to wifi. We are encouraging everyone to unplug from technology and tune inward for the weekend.

What about my phone? Is there cell service, can I charge it and can I use it to take photos?

Reception is very limited but it’s possible to make calls on most networks. We also recommend bringing a rechargeable battery pack for your phone. Photography is strictly prohibited during the ceremony but is permissible when walking around the property. We also have our event photographer who will be photographing the event and can provide images at no extra cost to attendees who agree to the photography consent.

Can I charge my electric car?

No but there are car charging stations located at Dons Market located at 30250 Hwy 78 Santa Ysabel, CA 92070. Open from 6am – 8pm daily.

Does my tent have power (Glamping tents only)?

No but we will supply each tent with battery powered twinkle lights. It is recommended to bring a battery pack to charge your phone and a headlight to see at night.

Refund and COVID Policy

What’s your refund and transfer policy?

Tickets are non-refundable but are transferable to attendees who are cleared after submitting a medical screening questionnaire.

What if the event must be postponed or canceled due to COVID?

We only intend to cancel or postpone the event if there is a stay-at-home order in San Diego County (where the campsite is located). If this happens, we will refund you.

What’s your COVID policy?

We will also be asking all attendees to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test, taken 72 hours prior to arrival.
